What makes the Well, “The Well”, is ultimately the people; when the people change, the place changes with them. As we spend time with each other, we get to know each other, and are able to support and encourage, and speak into each other’s lives.

Work is not only a means of provision; it is also a means of blessing. Work is a place to use our gifts, a place to manage what is given us, a place to listen to each other’s stories and carry each other’s burdens, and in the process, it is a place to tell our stories.

These people are not only diligent co-workers, but they are also our Story Tellers, our Encouragers, our Supporters, and our Listeners. As we experience what it means to be valued and loved as individuals within a community, we hope to value and love those with whom we come into contact every day.
